CITS is a professional trade service that takes pride in taking care of the needs of funeral directors in a dignified manner.  While our main focus is on making removals and embalming, we also offer a wide range of back-up services for funeral homes that sometimes need help with the everyday operations.  In an ever changing profession, we realize the need for a service that will be available to provide relief to the funeral directors whom are working hard to provide the best care to the families they serve.

CITS specializes in providing night coverage for funeral directors to give them a more quality life.  Our employees have all worked in the field for many years and have a deep appreciation for the funeral directors whom still work an eight hour day and then have to go back out to take care of the needs of their families during all hours of the night.  By providing a service during these after hours, funeral directors are able to enjoy the life that they and their loved ones deserve.

CITS is also completely insured and uses late model vehicles and equipment.  Our vehicles are unmarked and clean.  CITS will NOT do any work for the public, casket stores, or any other businesses that sell funeral goods and services but do not have funeral directors available to take care of the services when needed.  We only work for established and respected funeral service providers.

Central Illinois Trade Services, LLC was founded in 2006 by Matthew R Foley (dcd) with a simple philosophy: Serve funeral homes and their client families with the highest standards of funeral service professionalism and set a standard of superior quality embalming and preparation in the funeral industry.

Central Illinois Trade Services, LLC is a Illinois licensed funeral establishment that serves only funeral directors and funeral homes. We maintain and operate a Illinois licensed funeral facility in Springfield, IL for the convenience of our area and out of area client firms. We also provide embalming services in the client funeral home facilities as required.

We maintain a professional relationship with a cremation facility in Springfield, IL for our cremation needs. We have refridgeration in our location in Springfield, IL
